I too found Dr Bernitt to be extremely rude.
They also took a walk in off the street before me even though I had a scheduled appt. I waited an extra 45 minutes for the pleasure of her rudeness. Will not return.

Extremely rude employees and staff. They made my glasses wrong too. Don't trust them with your eyes! Stay away!

I had the same experience as Michelle. I found the doctor to be rude and the exam to be too quick. They did not get my RX correct and had to remake the glasses, which Dr. Bernitt then developed a major attitude about. All I heard from her was what this was going to cost her, nothing about getting my glasses correct. She spent time complaining about her staff. If she is that unhappy she should close her business. I had nothing but a horrible experience with the doctor. She was rude and cared only about my money. I will never go to her again and will let everyone at Bank of America know, where I work, to avoid her. The worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! The store was dirty and unclean, she complained about her bills to her staff when I was looking at frames, and then spent additional time on her cell phone at the front of the store. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced.

I have never had a bad experience with the Doctor or her staff and I have been going here for years! They are knowledgeable in their field and professional in their customer service. My entire family goes here for their eyes.

I been going to the Pearle in Hunt Valley for years and find their selection and service the best I have experienced. My family and I are customers for life !

I have always had great experiences at the Pearle in Hunt Valley, the staff is very nice and the doctor has taken care fo me and my family for over 15+ years.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences - I've been going to her for over 21 years.
