I have been here before, and it was okay. The girl actually did a great job. This same girl tonight however, is obviously a different person under stress. She raked through my hair, tugging my head. I even said Oww! She did not say anything!!! I said an inch and a half off, it was more like 1/2 an inch off. Worse though, I got scratched by her long fake nails. Very unpleasent. I am disappointed, and I will never go there, but will return to Images salon or some other salon who knows how to treat people better. For a few dollars more it really is worth it to me now after this experience.
